Return & Refund Policy

At Tegeez, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, clean, and unworn

Shoes must have clean soles

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached

Email us at tegeez00@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll get an email update

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

Customers are responsible for return shipping

This includes returns due to size issues or personal preferences

We only cover return shipping if:

The item is damaged

You received the wrong product

In those cases, we’ll send you a free return label
